![]() ![]() And when my two sons David B and Culvin S come to the age of twenty one years it is my will for each of them to have a good horse, a good cow and calf, and a feather bed and furniture. Also my wagon, any gear with all the farming utensils now on my farm and also all my household and kitchen. I give unto my said wife during her widowhood or in the event of her marrying then during her lifetime all my stock of horses, cattle and hogs. I give to my said two sons(David B and Culvin S the said farm with all my lands, tenements and periditments whatsoever situate lying and being in the county and state aforesaid, to have and to hold the same for ever to be equally divided between them when it shall come fully into their possession and in the event of the death of either of them without making a will or leaving lawful children, it is my instruction and will that the surviving one hold in peaceable possession all the estate hereby given to both to the only proper uses and benefit of him the survivor and his heirs forever. It is also my will, wish and intention for my two youngest sons(to wit David B Churchill and Culvin S Churchill to have a house and support on and from said farm until they shall come to the age of twenty one years after that time I wish them and my said wife should she remain a widow to share and share alike in all the proceeds of said farm and land attached to the same during the widowhood of my said wife and in the event of her marrying then to be put to her thirds and at her death. I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife the farm on which I now live containing about four hundred and seven acres with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging during her natural life, but should she at any time marry it is my will that she be put to her thirds.
